Why has my veterinarian prescribed this medicine?

Cyclophosphamide is classified as an alkylating agent. It is used for cancer chemotherapy and/ or to suppress the immune system. Cyclophosphamide may also be used for other conditions as determined by your veterinarian.

What if I miss giving a dose?

Give the dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose, and continue with the regular schedule. Do not give the pet two doses at once.

"Since cyclophosphamide can increase your pet's chance of getting an infection, try to keep your pet away from stray animals or animals that may have an infection."
